Conditions of Payment:
- All fees are inclusive of GST.
- No refunds will be given under any circumstances for missed classes. However, classes may be made up if there are two classes scheduled for that level. Eg. Dance Play –Tues 9.30am or Sat 10.00am.
- Term fees are due and payable at the commencement of term.
- Students are more than welcome to attend classes at the sessional rate of $12.00 per class. However, after 2 lessons, students are required to pay the term fee minus the amount already paid. Sessional fees apply for single classes only.
- A Costume Levy of $10.00 per class per term for each student is charged with Term Fees. Any remainder owing for costumes will be invoiced in Term 3. Students enrolling in Term 4 will be required to pay Costume Hire upon enrolment. Please note that Costume Levy/Hire is non refundable.
- All students will be issued with next term’s invoice during the last week of the preceding term save for Term 1, which will be sent to returning students at the start of the year. New students will be issued with a receipt not an invoice.
- Discounted fees apply to families with 2 or more siblings enrolled at the DVDA. Students’ classes are added together to arrive at the applicable hourly rate. If there is no hourly rate applicable, the Principal will determine the fee amount.
